Rasûlullah (sav) efendimiz buyurdular:
“Cennet nefsin hoşuna gitmeyen şeylere; cehennem ise şehevî şeylerle kuşatılmıştır.” (Müslim, Cennet, 1; Ebû Dâvûd, Sünnet, 22; Tirmizî, Cennet, 21)
